These Terms of Service govern the use of the ShowRun platform.

1. Account Structure

ShowRun accounts are managed at the organization level. Each organization designates one or more administrators who control:

User invitations and removals
Seat usage
Access to features

2. Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

Use ShowRun only for lawful, educational, or organizational purposes
Respect the rights and privacy of others
Not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or access systems without authorization

3. Content Responsibility

Organizations are responsible for all content created or uploaded by their users. Burney Media does not review or moderate content except as required to operate the service or comply with the law.

4. Account Termination

Organization administrators may add or remove users at any time
Burney Media may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms

5. Service Availability

ShowRun is provided on an "as available" basis. While we strive for reliability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

6. Changes to the Service

We may update or modify features as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

Burney Media is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
